If you are downloading your graphics please note we can accept the following file types:
jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, svg, psd, eps
Just give us a call if one of these formats is not available to you and we will help.
For the best results and for the most successful campaign possible we recommend using the highest resolution images available. Low quality or low resolution graphics will increase the time needed to process your image as well decrease the quality of your completed product. Very low quality images will have to be rejected because we know from our 35 years of experience that the results would not meet your expectations.
If you have a specific color requirement please let us know the required color from the Pantone Color Matching System. If not specified we will use the closest matching color from our extensive library of colors.
If you have a specific typeface you wish to use that is not available in our library please include the typeface file with your submission or use the tools in your design program to create outlines of the type.
It is important that your art does not include a background color in the image. It can mistakenly appear as something you wish to have printed.
We have a maximum of 10 colors available for any design. If your design has more than this we can help you reduce the number of colors. Please remember that the more colors used the more costly it will be to produce you garments and the less profit available for your cause or event.
Photographs will be reviewed by our team of experts and will need to be handled on a case-by-case basis. We want to make sure that you will be happy with the end results.
If you need to use our design support we will make sure that the graphic appears in its final form on your campaign design page for your approval.
Please review your designs very carefully prior to launching. Changes after that will need to be requested from our customer support team. It may not be possible to complete requests for changes depending upon the status of the campaign.
